    Payment by Paypal
    1. Select a plan (monthly or yearly) and click the "Sign Up" button.
    2. You will be directed to PayPal payment page.

No, our website maintenance plan is a pay-as-you-go service, there is no contracts or cancellation fees. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at anytime. If you cancel, your billing will be stopped from next billing cycle.
You may refer to our pricing plan for details. Each update include multiple content (eg. images, files upload & text).
    - LITE Plan, 1 update per month - 1 batch in zip
    - PRO Plan, 2 updates per month - 2 batches in zip
We will have a common workplace for you to submit your request. Alternatively, you may email to us at wesupport@symm.com.sg or upload via www.wetransfer.com if the file size is big.
It depends on the amount and complexity of change requests. Upon receiving the change submission, usually all changes are completed within 48 business hours. Provided all required information has been duly provided by the requestor.
We will give a quote based on the customised changes required & start upon approval. All changes will be handled as a separate project.
